Welcome to the beautiful part of La Grange, known as Monument Hill. Located just "up the bluff" from La Grange proper, the Fayette County WCID-Monument Hill provides water and waste water service to Frisch Auf!, Bluff Haven, Park Place and The View subdivisions. A Service Application and Agreement form will need to be completed and received by the District office prior to the transfer of existing, or establishment of new, service. Forms can be dropped off at the District office, located at 100 Country Club Drive during normal office hours or after hours by placing in the payment drop box at the office (located under the front porch). There are no fees for transferring service when buying/selling an existing home. New construction will require a $600 water tap connection fee, a $600 sewer tap connection fee and $125 Customer Service Inspection fee, paid prior to meter installation and service connection. Renters are required to pay a $250.00 deposit prior to service connection.

For those intereseted in paying their water bill via ACH automatic draft each month, you will also find below an ACH Draft Authorization Agreement Form. If desired, your quarterly MHPOA dues can also be paid via ACH Draft and you will find that form below, as well. Both the Water District and MHPOA now offer payment via credit/debit cards and/or e-checks. Credit/debit cards will be assessed a 3% convenience fee for payment of water bills and a 4% convenience fee for payment of your MHPOA quarterly dues.
