On this page you will find links to the latest Fayette County WCID-Monument Hill and MHPOA meeting and public hearing agendas, as well as the approved minutes from each of their respective meetings. As allowed by the Open Meetings Act, agendas are removed from the website once the signed minutes have been posted on this page.
The Fayette County WCID-Monument Hill regular Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the second THURSDAY of every month at 11 a.m. at the FCWCID/MHPOA office located at 100 Country Club Drive in La Grange.
In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, the District posts all of its regular and special Board of Directors meeting agendas on this website, and in the window at the District office, at least 72 hours prior to the start of a meeting. All public hearing agendas are posted at least 10 calendar days prior to their start.
The Monument Hill Property Owners Association regular Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the second WEDNESDAY of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the FCWCID/MHPOA office located at 100 Country Club Drive in La Grange.
In accordance with the Texas Property Code, the Association posts all of its regular, special and annual meeting agendas on this website, and in the office window at the FCWCID/MHPOA office. Regular meeting agendas are posted at least 144 hours prior to the start of a regular meeting, and at least 72 hours prior to the start of a special meeting.
Please keep in mind, that sometimes the meeting day and/or time needs to be changed to accommodate the Directors's schedules. Before attending a meeting, always call the office, at (979) 968-5514, to confirm that the meeting has not been changed.
